The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, providing a great experience. Guests praise the comfortable beds, cleanliness, and amenities, including quiet heating and non-disturbing refrigeration.

We were in the area for an event. We needed an accessible room with a connecting room and this hotel provided those options. I am Hilton Gold, but did not receive or was offered any of the usual amenities. The lobby was bright and clean. The rooms were very large and could easily accommodate a family. I found the lack of a business center difficult because I needed to print some items. The front desk suggested that I email the information to her and she would print. I wasn't comfortable doing this. The rooms are equipped with a microwave and coffee maker. Unfortunately, the reception area has a limited supply of food/snack items. These items do not seem to be refilled frequently. Housekeeping is every other day. This is fine, but it appears to be a light housekeeping. Crumbs in the bathroom remained throughout our stay. Not a big problem, but it was a quick, not thorough tidy up. We are pretty neat so this was interesting. We were able to use Uber to reach our family members' home during the day. We were not on a tight schedule. For the return to the Philadelphia Airport, we prescheduled the Uber the night before. Some people had problems getting an Uber from the location. We used a car from Delaware Express to go to the hotel. Breakfast was basic. Yogurt was hit or miss and didn't seem to be refilled. The breakfast area was clean. Oddly, there were tea bags in the breakfast area, but the rooms only had coffee. If you are a tea drinker, pick up some bags at breakfast. We were there for five nights. It served its purpose because we needed to be in the area.

The room was clean and updated.
