Best Western Elko Inn

Breakfast Quality: The breakfast is consistently praised for its variety and quality, featuring gluten-free options, fresh baked goods, and a range of hot items. However, some guests noted that supplies could be replenished more frequently, especially for late risers.

This hotel is older, there are goods and bads to that. The rooms are clean. The rooms are super quiet and sealed well to outside. For example I was coming out of my room in the morning, there were kids running up and down the hallway but I didn’t know that until I stepped out of the room. Walls are thick, couldn’t hear anything from side rooms. Down side would be older decor. Wi-Fi supported streaming device. Parking is secure, surrounded by the building. The pool is being updated, so was not open. The gym has a newer stair walker which is great but tougher at altitude. Breakfast was great real people cooking real breakfast. Breakfast staff were great.

The hot water was not available and I was made aware of it about 8 hours before arrival. I chose to stay because I didn’t have time to find another hotel. The room I stayed in had a noisy air condition/heater unit, the TV remote didn’t work, lights in the room flickered on and off, and the toilet paper supply was low. The staff did their best to fix the TV and toilet paper issue. The remaining issues needed maintenance.
