This resort is beautifully maintained with very a friendly staff. We used the pools and restaurants. The lake is super clean and clear. The little town is very charming with stores, coffee shops and an ice cream shop all within walking distance. There was also a band playing each night at the lake . We enjoyed our stay in the impeccably clean condo and will return again for a visit!

We were here for a wedding and the grounds are beautiful for an outdoor wedding. Room was nice and clean, but the halls smell like an old building. Food was good and wait staff was friendly. Located near town, you are just a few blocks away from some cute shops and places to eat as well. Overall a good experience

Beautiful property on a pristine lake. So much fun to hang out at the beach bar or use the grills to make dinner by the shore. Nice fully equipped kitchens in the suites or many good options in town and in nearby Sheboygan.

We enjoyed absolutely everything about this resort. Staff were amazing. Everything was so clean and well-maintained. We loved the pools and the lake-side beach and cafe. We love the watersports! We truly didn't want to leave!

We enjoyed the time we spent being able to have a great scenic view from our 1 bedroom suite.On top of that we really enjoyed having a couples massage.They were professional and the massage was amazing.

The Osthoff Resort is a great destination for any age group. Beautiful setting and wonderful, relaxing accommodations. The friendly area offers many activity options. This is a "must stop" on your vacation calendar. My husband and I greatly enjoy our yearly stays!

I attended a conference held at the Osthoff and reserved rooms for an organizational retreat on my personal credit card, as our small organization deals only by check. When I booked the rooms, the front desk staff did not inform me that one night's stay would be charged at booking for each room. I was not aware until I received my bank statement with a $750 charge from The Osthoff. I'm all for following the rules, but the front desk staff needs to consistently make guests aware of this policy. Had I known about the immediate charge, I would have handled the booking differently. We requested early check in the day of the conference. Both rooms were not available at the same time (one was ready for early check in), therefore I checked in once for each room. Both check ins went smoothly. The first staff person simply took my credit card. The second staff person said there would be a $200 hold placed on my credit card. I feel it's important for the front desk staff to have consistent messages, especially when it deals with room charges. While our stay was lovely, this soured my opinion of the booking process.
