Avoid this hotel !! The room smelled terrible , tho it appeared to be clean . Also the walls are paper thin and we had a very loud guest next door who refused to turn TV volume down even at 2 AM. They served breakfast but it was equally horrible . Take my word … you DO NOT want to stay here !

Their pool was broken and the whole point of our stay was for the kids to swim. Canceled at the property and they still charged me for the stay!

This was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 37 years alive on this earth. The room was absolutely filthy!! The jacuzzi tub was disgusting upon arrival. Then after 2 hours of jacuzzi cleaning inside and out. I went to pull the bedding down and the comforter was soaked in huge urine spots on the bottom side of the comforter. It then a started to reek of old urine. The smell was foul and the pictures I took of the comforter is sickening.OSHA/The Health Department needs to shut that hotel down. I have stayed at many, many hotels both high end and also bottom of the barrel. This room dove below the bottom of the barrel checkpoints. Hope they fired whoever was “cleaning” those rooms cause whoever is responsible for RM 221’s cleanliness is one foul human being!!!

Horrible Left my chargers and a couple other personal items in the room by accident, Apple Watch charger, rapid apple charger in the room, called the hotel 3 hours after check out, and the front desk manager said they didn’t find anything left in room, and said that no other customers had reserved the room, which means the staff stole my property. Not to mention the nightstand was BROKEN!!! Holes in the doors!! All of the things I left in the room was worth more then I paid for one nights stay! I will never stay there again!

Absolutely horrible, i give it half a star. The room was horrible with stains on the beding and walls. There was wires hanging out of the ceiling where a smoke alarm would be. And the outlits under the side table were hanging. I have pictures of all the broken furnishings and coad violations. The service was awful when we went to complain about the beding. There was a pool, hot tub, and sauna, all had problems. The sauna didn't work, the hot tub was not warm at all, and the pool was ice cold. This was going to be a birthday celebration for my daughter to swim and have fun. It turned out as a horrible experience for all of us that left a bad taste in our mouth. I didn't want to ruin the celebration any more than it already was but i cried at the starte of things. I will never go back. When i complained about it at check out they were of no help. The keys stopped working so we all couldn't leave for breakfast at the same time and they stopped serving breakfast before anounced time of being done too. So we had no breakfast. I really want my money back for how bad things were.

I rarely rate hotel stays, but I feel it’s my civic duty to warn the public. The Sleep Inn looked nice enough from the outside, but the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with a “pool and hot tub are not working” sign. One reason for choosing this location was the hot tub and breakfast was included. When checking us in, the staff informed us that the elevator was also not working. Not a huge deal. My feet work just fine. However, when we opened the door, it smelled as if there was a cigarette smoking party of 100 who had just left. I mean overwhelmingly bad! My eyes and nose were burning. Is it even legal to smoke in a hotel anymore?? There were holes in the walls where someone had moved outlets, but never repaired the old hole. There were stains on the ceiling, walls and chair. The pillow cases were stained, but at least smelled clean. The shower was full of mold at the base of the shower door. It was honestly terrifying. There was zero chance we were even considering breakfast in the morning. We sped out of there faster than Ellen Degeneres fled the US when Trump got elected! Spend a couple extra bucks and upgrade to a nicer place.
