I have been bitten from head to toe by bed bugs. My husband has been staying here for sometime now, we came to visit him and he upgraded to a double bed room. It was 12:30 on the morning when I woke up on the second night we were there itching like crazy. I went to the bathroom and saw the bites. Used my phone flashlight and found bed bugs behind the headboard. I woke up my 3yr old and Husband and asked him to start packing. I went downstairs and the front desk woman was very apologetic. But they switched us to a new room, right next to the room we just came from. My son was tired, my husband had inspections to run the next day and we just dealt with it. The next morning I went downstairs to speak with someone and they said that they were having someone come out to treat the room on Monday, “Have a nice day”.

Checked into this hotel, June 3, 2024 stayed for over two months. The rooms are filthy definitely needed upgraded. It’s cheap but that’s about all I can say The people that work there are very unfriendly cleaned my own room did not get my tax refunded or other money that was supposed to be refunded to my credit card that was mine still waiting on the refund would not stay there, very rough element that stays there not a place for families called several times IHG, which is dead useless. They can do nothing for you and several times to the hotel. No managers will get back in contact with you. Would never stay there again and advise. Nobody else to stay there and not safe. They have a gentleman that roam a parking lot of the hotels trying to get into your cars.

Not a great place. Staff was not friendly. TV was difficult to operate. Elevator stopped working twice. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Signs posted everywhere to take your own trash outside to the dumpster. Lobby smelled like pot most days. Lots of other options nearby to stay that we would try before coming back here.

I unexpectedly needed a room for 4 days while on a vacation trip when my wife became ill. I booked this property with points and cash. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that the hotel computer had been synced with the IHG system and they were overbooked - they didn't have a room for me. The woman behind the front desk said she was just getting ready to call me. I asked for some help from this woman and the manager and was told there was nothing they could or would do. The same response when I asked for some compensation for the trouble they were putting me through. They were unkind and very unprofessional. One last thing, the manager or the front desk woman parked their range rover in the handicapped spot next to the front door - no placard or plates. Excellent compassion. On top of all of this, IHG has not refunded my points. They have put me on hold for up to 30 minutes at a time and the last call ended in the IHG rep hanging up on me. Not very professional at all, corporate or local.
