Awful!! I had a prepaid reservation for 2 nights and arrived at 10:20 pm. Whereupon the very nasty lady at the desk said she closed her books at 10 and could not check me in. My reservation showed check-in until 11. Even though I was pre-paid and Supposedly Elkhart was full, she had no mercy… just a very bad attitude. I remained calm although very frustrated. It was a very unsettling situation for me. This motel/hotel should not be part of the hospitality industry.
There is more… but I will stop here.

I didn't stay forore than five minutes. It was terrible conditions. The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor
