I’ve sit here many times before because of the great location and excellent room. I like the sink outside the shower area.
Somehow I didn’t feel the room was quite as nice as the previous times.

We missed our flight and needed a place to stay for just one night, and we're so glad we ended up at the Wyndham Garden Elk Grove Village. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and kind, which made a stressful day a lot more bearable.
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was impressively spacious and beautifully furnished, much more than we expected for a short stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee maker and a microwave in the room, which added a real touch of comfort and convenience.
All in all, this unexpected stop turned out to be a very pleasant experience. We would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Server was down when we went to check in. There were 2 other parties who also had reservations that were not able to check in. The clerk at the desk did a very good job, but would not let us check in due to hotel policy. Now both ******* and Wyndham tell me to talk to the other party to get my refund. Both ******* and Wyndham refuse to help me in this loss. Thanks a lot. I will discontinue to use ******* ($30.95 will the last and final money they take from me) and I will not stay in another Wyndham hotel!!!!!!!!

The room was nice and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, we awakened every morning early to loud, yelling down the hallway, not by fellow guests but by housekeeping.
