This was ok, it was clean, but it was the most poorly lit room I've ever stayed in. Really could have used some ceiling lights. Plus, dual smoke detectors flashed 24/7 so even when dark, the blinking lights kept me up. Strong lysol smell in room. Friendly front desk staff immediately offered a discount.

My family and I have been to Elizabethtown several times visiting family and we have stayed at all of the better hotels in town. No doubt, the Hilton Garden Inn is the best in town. It's the only one that has the luxury vibe you would find in a big city. We love the beds and water pressure is fantastic. I believe we have found our home away from home.

Unforgettable 5-Star experience at the Hilton Garden Inn!! The check-in was seamless, and our room was clean/comfortable! The entire hotel had a modern but cozy feel. I highly recommend checking out the restaurant and bar in the evenings! Will definitely be returning!

I LOVED my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The property is beautiful, staff is great & food/bar is exceptional! What more can you ask for in a hotel, right? It’s right off of I-65 and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. I highly recommend!

We stood at the front desk wanting to get a room for 15 minutes and listen the the phone ring and didn’t see any employees. We called and still no one answered. A few other guests walked by and told us good luck that the last couple had stood there for 25 minutes before they just left because no one came to help.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. All staff were so friendly and attentive. There were several restaurants within walking distance which is always a plus after spending a lot of time in the car! (There is also the on-site restaurant but we were there on Sunday and it wasn’t open for dinner)

Hotel was very clean and employees were polite and hospitable. Breakfast was not free but was very fresh. My room was kept clean with toiletries included. A lot of restaurants are in the area to choose from. The bar in the hotel has a happy hour from 5 to 7 with $2 beers.

My family and I stayed here while attending a baseball tournament over the 4th of July weekend. While the hotel is generally in nice condition there are definitely some improvements that need to be made. We were there for 4 nights and only received housekeeping services one time during the stay even though they were requested. One of the times it was requested all they did was remove used towels from our room but not replenish what they took, nor did they make the beds or replace empty shampoo or conditioner bottles. The time they did make up the room, they did not provide enough towels for all 4 people in our room so I got to dry off with a hand towel…fun! Additionally, the stairwell to the first floor was so dirty that it looks like it hadn’t been vacuumed for several months or more. We did partake in the buffet breakfast a couple times but at $18 for adults it’s pricy for what you get. The on duty cook will make eggs to order however my over easy eggs the first day had a hair in them because she wasn’t wearing a hairnet nor did she have her hair pulled back. My re cooked eggs were fine. On a positive note the group we were with enjoyed the bar and happy hour each night. The bar tenders were great! Others we were with mentioned their beds were uncomfortable; ours were a bit firm but not horrible but our room was right about the staff laundry which was very loud. There is quite a lot of highway noise at this hotel so beware when booking. I am still rating this a 4 because overall the hotel is nice and clean in the main areas and my kids enjoyed it. Plus it is close to many things. With an upgrade to housekeeping and a hairnet for cooks it could be great.

The carpet and decor are tired and musty smelling. Nice bathroom. Very disappointed about the hiway noise, there should be a warning about noise level on hiway side of hotel. Next time I’m in the area I’ll stay at Hampton Inn or another hotel.
