The shower door fell off. Maintenance was there same say but left filings from drilling in the shower. On same day shower door was reported, we reported TV in bedroom didnt work. That was not fixed

Very quiet!! Friendly staff, great room! if you arrive at night, good luck, most of the the landscaping lights are not working to include the light display of the unit sign which led my wife and I down the road. A quick phone call to the desk led us back to the unit, please add more lighting!

I stayed for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend and we had a WONDERFUL time at our stay. The room was extremely cozy with a fireplace on one side of the bedroom but also exposed to the living room as well. The kitchen was amazing and cooked a few meals to save money. The pool is really nice as well and staff is friendly!

This was our first time staying here and in Galena. It was a nice spacious room with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The pool area was nice and clean, the workout room and games were cool (we did partake due to a lot of kids were in there). Staff was nice.

We will be back - loved it!
What a great place for a weekend getaway! Katrina was lovely at check-in, the amenities were great (indoor pool, spa, game room, nice lobby), and the room was perfect for a getaway weekend with the gorgeous fireplace separating the bedroom/living area from the massive bathroom with spa sized bathtub. We will be back!!!
FYI - no restaurant on-site and the bed is a pull-down but we didn't mind either.

Pleasant surprise but a few flaws
It was perfect, clean, spacious, close to local activities. My only issue were we had no tv the first night and they literally had no one to fix an issue at 7 pm on a Friday night- nothing is open locally past 9pm so it made for a long awkward night and there were no vending machines on premises which again would have been great seeing nothing was open late or even a very close drive.

Nice place with fully furnished kitchen.
Very nice place and was well equipped. Bed was comfortable but there was a lot of noise from people walking in room above as well as outside road noise. Swimming pool was being worked on and not available. Conveniently located to Galena

We got a free bottle of wine and free room upgrade! The rooms were clean and the jetted tub and fireplace were wonderful! The pool hot tub and game room were very nice and fun!
