Staff was friendly and helpful. Full breakfast and fresh. It was convenient to where what we were there to do. Fresh baked cookies at front desk everyday. The royal was my favorite! Checkin and checkout went smooth!

The staff was polite however neglected to tell us that the elevator was not working and placed me and my family on the 4th floor with luggage

Would never stay here again. Not a safe area. Right beside a 7-11 that has a lot of crazies walking and hanging around. People asking for money. On top of that the staff was rude and unhelpful.
