food and drink are very bad
only spaghetti for lunch
dinner is a long wait in line there are a few good dishes
if you can make it it is finished in half an hour

Overall, a good combination of price and quality. The food is ok. Mostly chicken, but sometimes fish and meat. In the second half of November (or so it happened) there are many adult vacationers and locals. At the disco on the beach, every other one plays Russian and Turkish songs. After November 15, the pier is dismantled and there is no entry into the sea from it.

Были в отеле с семьёй 2 недели. Попробую описать плюсы и минусы на мой взгляд. Очень понравился массажный салон, ходила все время пребывания. Девочки молодцы! Чувство что заново родился и настроение сразу на высоте. Спасибо большое!!! Номер у нас был ужасный по приезду, но мы первые дни потребовали навести порядок и отремонтировать и помыть нам все, потому что было грязно и все сломано. Но правда все сделали довольно быстро. Другие номера говорят почти все нормальные, так что возможно нам просто не повезло. В море заход не очень хороший, действительно есть плиты, море почти всегда с волнами, но для меня это был плюс, для детей и мамы не очень, поплавать практически невозможно. Детская анимация не понравилась. В основном только дискотеки вечером, днем 1 раз развлечение и все. Но 2 раза в неделю пенная вечеринка, только там в основном взрослые, которые иной раз и детей не пускают вперед. Тараканы в ресторане существуют и даже на стол могут залезть, ко мне приходил. Что касается еды, нам хватало всего, разнообразие, конечно, небольшое, но достаточно всего: фрукты, мясо разное, рыба, салаты, 2 супа есть всегда. Похудеть точно не получится. Обслуга работает очень быстро, убирают все сразу. У бассейна все занято полотенцами, но хозяев нет, лечь буквально некуда, работники убирают полотенца, но...потом начинается скандал, приходят хозяева после обеда и начинают отбирать уже твое полотенце. Со мной один мужик даже драться полез. Объявления о том что полотенца будут убирать нет и охраны тоже, только парни работники, но сложно решить вопрос если вам попался хам, я в итоге осталась с переломанными ногтями. Детские развлечения включают пару раз в день, но мои не попадали, а потом не захотели вообще. Не минус отеля, но факт...народу очень много и несмотря на то что убирают буквально каждую минуту люди кидают кругом стаканы, окурки, всякий мусор. Очень понравились шоу, каждый раз что-то новое и интересное. Для взрослых развлечений полно, анимация отличная. Вообщем есть и плюсы и минусы. В целом отпуском осталась довольна, но была в отелях 4* и номера были лучше и общее впечатление, поэтому точно не 5*.

Stealing/Theft! So it’s a really nice hotel with food, service and the whole place. Reason I gave it 1 star is due to 1. Theft, the cleaners stole items from us. We were 4 people that witnessed when we locked the door and left the items inside the room. After the cleaners were done and we finished eating. The products are missing. We talked to reception and said that nobody wants to confess. The camera is outside my room and they don’t want to look at it. So no help. 2. Next thing is that there is wild animals inside the hotel walking in the restaurant och some of them are cats and dogs. Scratching people sometimes. 3. The shower is leaking all over the floor. From underneath and from the buildup floor to the ground. Holes in the pipes also.
