I would not stay there again only because of the way jennifer talked to me when we went to breakfast. I asked her what kind of bacon was this and she said what does it say like i’m illiterate and can’t read. I reported it and it was like they didn’t care. It clearly didn’t say that’s why I asked because I don’t eat certain meat. It took more effort to be rude for no reason at all than to just tell me what kind of meat it was.

Great location, room, and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Only complaint was spending $14 a person on a poor quality buffet. This was optional, but after hearing the price, I expected a good breakfast, not one that made me wish I’d gone out for breakfast.

We are home Inn Elgin visiting family. We have stayed at this hotel for over 20 years. I decided this year to try something different. It was a complete disaster. We checked out this morning even though we didn’t get a refund and I booked a room here last night it’s been completely updated. The people at the desk are always friendly and nice. I can’t find one thing to complain about everything in the room is perfect and lovely.
