We enjoyed our stay
Guests are rude.
Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal.
Food the same every day, not a great standard.
Very limited drinks, often only water available.
Sun beds always available - a huge bonus!
Water park is great fun - water very cold.

Tavsiye etmiyorum.
İnternet yok. Odalarda İnternet zaten yok sadece lobide olduğu söyleniyor, olduğu söyleniyor diyorum çünkü hiçbir şekilde bağlanamadım. Odalar güzel temiz ve rahat. Personel ingilizce bilmiyor veya yardımcı olmak istemiyor. Sabah kahvaltıda kahve makinesinden ya su ya süt gelince pes ettim içemedim. Havuzu açık değildi, havuzun yerine kocaman yosunlu bir çöküntü vardı ve kaldığımız yeri ona göre seçmemize rağmen Aquaparklı tarafta kalmadık ve kullanamadık. Odalarından başka güzel hiçbir yeri yoktu ve hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü hizmetti.

This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever!
I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!!
1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working.
2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds.
3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green .
4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap.
5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room
6. The food is horrible , no service at all,
7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English.
8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies.
I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort.

There’s no air conditioning in the room very outdated only 2 towels no shampoo food not that great only one alcohol bar the water park was out of service!!The beach and sea great! No beach towels and no enough beach chairs and umbrellas!! !!No worth the that i spent

Its the most disgusting hotel i haver ever been to its a night mare! Everything was dirty in the room! And also there was no internet connection at all! The pools were dirty' the slides were not working'its just a nightmare never ever again!im so dissapinted i ruind my holiday with my family'

Would never recommend this hotel. Hotel from hell. Place is disgusting half the drain grills round the pool are broken or missing. Hardly any drinks at the bars. Food was disgusting if there was any food at all. Been better staying in a refuse tip

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Do not ever book this hotel!!!! The rooms did not look like the photos they had dirt and grim all over the place the balcony was all cracked and broke the food was terrible same food everyday and always cold DO NOT STAY HERE!

В 2019 мы были в Роял Бэй. Прям было отлично во всех отношениях. И решили мы сьездить туда же в 2023, но Роял Бэй был закрыт и мы взяли в Роял Парк. Очень жаль , что превратили отель в пионерлагерь для украинских детей. Шум, гам. Столпотворение в столовой. Вилок, ложек не всегда хватало. Если бы не украинские дети - поставил бы 5 звещд, а так 2.
