Ofertę hotelu kupiłam z biura esky,którego zdecydowanie nie polecam.W ofercie zapewniono nas o serwisie plażowym ,czyli ręczniki ,parasole i leżaki .Jesteśmy tu rodzina 6osobowa,z trójką dzieci .Na plaży nie ma niczego ,prócz piasku i kilku rozpadających się parasoli.Nie ma toalet ,a hotel 350 m od plaży.Na recepcji usłyszeliśmy informacje ,że plaża hotelowa była ,ale już nie ma .Dwa dni negocjowaliśmy z biurem esky ,żeby rozwiązało nasz problem .Trudno korzystać z kąpieli wodnych i plaży przy 31 st bez zadaszenia na plaży .Kiedy już ,tak nam się wydawało ,mieliśmy ofertę zmiany hotelu ,usłyszeliśmy,że mamy zapłacić koło 20 tys za kolejny hotel ,a przecież nie było tu żadnej naszej winy ,to biuro nie wywiązało się z umowy.Kiszmar ,stracone dwa dni urlopu na rozmowy z biurem.Basen przy hotelu zimny i głęboki ,zdecydowanie nie dla dzieci .Ogólnie hotel dobry ,duże wygodne pokoje .Zdecydowanie nie polecam ani biura esky,który nie troszczy się o dobro klienta ,ani hotelu dla tych ,co lubią pobyt na plaży ,korzystając z kąpieli wodnych

Reading the reviews is a little shocking cos this is my second time here and I love this place. Let’s be completely real here people complaining about service and amount of restaurants etc but for the price you pay you get above and beyond what you will get anywhere in Europe. Not to mention the location and mountains and sea all around with clean air and beautiful settings. The rooms are huge . Food I thought was delicious with a ton of options. Is it at the standard of a 5 start in the Maldives , def not but for what you pay you get 5 times more than you would anywhere else. The place is quiet during Sep which is why I love coming here then. It feels like I have it all to myself. So if you are looking for a party resort or busy places don’t come but if you want nature peace and relaxation then this is a brilliant hotel. Cons: yes you may need to ask for the room to be cleaned at times but who cares. Again you pay peanuts vs what you would get elsewhere. So just ask and stop being spoiled brats on here complaining abt stupid stuff. I see the last few negative reviews and those are the same people who made things unpleasant and just wanted to get drunk. This isn’t this type of place. I loved it. Both times I’ve been here . Myself, my partner and friends booked all inclusive as my friends were getting married in the hotel. We had to ask for toilet roll and fresh towels. Our room wasn’t once checked or changed over the whole time we stayed until we asked. The bar ran out of soft drinks and beer. Now for the worst part… the day of the wedding there was a storm which had all the guests run indoors so those who were all inclusive went to the bar for some drinks and out of nowhere a very very rude manager gave loud attitude to the poor boy behind the bar and told him to stop serving us any drinks and then turned away. The boy wasn’t given a reason and we were absolute furious. This caused a lot of distress and anger for the guests who had paid for all inclusive and apparently the reason was because the “manager” couldn’t tell who was all inclusive even though we had the bands. We couldn’t even as much as get any water. There was no drinks for a long period of time during the storm as they hadn’t brought the drinks from outside to inside. When they did eventually bring some wine inside, they gave us it in plastic cups… at a wedding… The manager refused to speak with us directly even though we chased after him and tried. He just spoke Bulgarian very rudely to his colleagues and left them to deal with it which was horrible to see. Their manager is very rude and you couldn’t pay me to go back there.

super service, excellent property, essentially 5*-hotel! we were 3-4 times in this hotel, we come back! we are really excited from this hotel! a little bit in german: das ist wirklich das beste Hotel in Bulgarien! es gibt sicher paar Sachen zu kritisieren - der Service im Wellnessbereich ist mittelmäßig, die Kellner im Restaurant können kaum eine Fremdsprache. Trotzdem können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen! Alles hat gepasst und wir kommen immer wieder, wenn wir in Bulgarien sind!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in anywhere I the world. Myself husband and two kids ages 13 and 9 . Don’t be fooled by the pictures online . This so called 5 star hotel has been left to rot. Not one of the staff could speak any English and the whole place is filthy. There’s nothing to do with two kids as the so called water park is closed and looks abandoned. The one pool that was open was dirty and freezing. There is nothing nearby no shops , restaurants or life ! There’s no local buses and the taxi to sunny beach was 40 lev each way and that was one of the cheaper ones . The food was disgusting . Three of us were ill after day three . Nothing for the kids to eat unless they’re ok with chips . My girls hated every minute and internet is non existent as it’s in such a remote place we could only get it at sunny beach . We had to spend so much money on taxis just to see a bit of life and go to the shops in sunny beach but 80 lev a day for taxis took most of our money . We should have read the reviews as it was a nightmare from the moment we got there . Save you money and book anywhere else in Bulgaria . We should of believed the

Well, let's see... There isn't really much good to say about this place. The decor looks neat online, but in person, it looks like an oligarch dropped acid and went on a safari. The service is perhaps the worst I have ever encountered in my life. They need to just tell you what they do have because the list of what they do not have is astoundingly long. The "manager" had no authority to do anything managerial (like turn on the AC) and looked like he woke up with a wicked hangover. We were there for one (1) day before deciding it was a lost cause and moving on. Didn't even spend the night, just bailed out. Other guests were discussing it and I'm sort of with them...this place is not operating to make money from guests. This place operates for other reasons entirely.

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING - Don't be fooled. All Inclusive Package: This is NOT and All inclusive experience. You get breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with almost the same food every day at one restaurant. You have access to the bar with soft and alcoholic drinks, coffee. All low quality liquor, and cheap beer. The barkeep told us not to drink the liquor unless you want a headache. You get ice cream, no snaks or food between meals. There are NO child care services like advertised, and there isn't ANY entertainment. Facilities: Suites are nice clean and spacious. Showers and bathrooms are clean. The main building Is nice and clean. The rest of the grounds are in bad shape, not maintained and safety hazards are all around. There's is trash everywhere, I saw a dirty dipper next to the pool sitting there for 4 days. The pools are disgusting! I don't think they use chlorine at all. The water park is disgusting, and only half way working. The Spa is of course, NOT working. The indoor pool has not been cleaned, EVER. Almost nothing is open or working. The mini-golf has been closed for years. The area where the villas are located is a ghost town, with overgrown bushes and no electricity. Bring a flashlight if you plan to walk to the shops or the beach at night. The path is completely dark at night. Customer Service: Folks here are not very friendly or accommodating. No one knows ANYTHING, and give you conflicting information.
