1 out of 5 — Terrible! Deeply disappointed despite the glowing reviews. I booked this hotel based on the amazing reviews and honestly can’t understand where those came from. Our stay was plagued by several serious issues: 1. Built-in LED light that wouldn’t turn off: Even when switched off, it glowed through the night. Barely visible during the day, but extremely annoying in a dark room. Since it was built in, there was no way to unplug it. See the picture. 2. Air conditioning nightmare: In the middle of the night, the air conditioner began emitting a horrific sewage-like smell. It was unbearable, and we had to leave the room. 3. Alternative room was subpar: We were offered another room, but it had a 140 cm wide bed for two people—completely unsuitable and far from what we booked or expected. 4. The room was dirty. See the picture. 5. Staff response was disappointing: They were polite, but barely acknowledged the severity of our experience. They took off the room tax as a gesture, which honestly felt like a token response to serious discomfort. We expected a relaxing and well-reviewed experience, but ended up unsettled and exhausted.
