Everything is great just the noice insulation. I receive a call at night I think it is neighbor customer, said stop making noice. I am puzzled and ask, what do you hear? She said I moved my chair. Maybe you can add a cover to feet of your chair, so reduce the sound when move the chair, also protect the feet,
