Allegroitalia Elba Capo d'Arco

Il monolocale era abbastanza pulito ma abbiamo avuto problemi con un condizionatore che sputava polvere sicuramente perché non è stata fatta manutenzione alle bocchette esterne. Abbiamo avuto i manutentori e non è una cosa bella durante la vacanza. Il telecomando del condizionatore funzionante dava spesso i numeri perché molto datato (non si spengeva). Alla fine ci siam fatti dare un ventilatore che ha tamponato in parte. Porte finestre molto datate e difficili da chiudere. Poche prese elettriche e tre gradini all interno dell appartamento che per mia suocera hanno rappresentato un po’ di disagio. Non ci è stato comunicato che erano presenti i gradini ne tantomeno che l acqua non era potabile. Reception NON PRESENTE sul posto. Nota molto negativa perche ogni comunicazione è tramite whatsapp e non immediata (dal pomeriggio fino alla mattina successiva non si sa a chi rivolgersi per un eventuale problema). Strada per arrivare: 900metri di strada sterrata con pietre a rischio foratura. Nel comprensorio le altre strade sono tutte asfaltate. Questa è l unica sterrata e crea molti problemi di sicurezza Strada pedonale sterrata ripida anche per scendere alle piscine: avrebbero potuto creare delle scalette comode e sicure In generale il posto è molto bello ma la struttura e l esterno sono molto poco curati, poca manutenzione lasciati un po’ all abbandono. Peccato!

Leider war die Unterkunft Allegroitalia Capo D'Arco völlig inakzeptabel. Das gesamte Haus roch schrecklich nach Kanal/Kloake, ebenso unser Zimmer. Der Hotelmanager konnte das nicht abstreiten und hat uns nach unserer Reklamation ("Hier bleiben wir nicht!") ein alternatives Appartment in Allegroitalia Golf gegeben. Das war prima, hier gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ich empfehle *******, keine Zimmer mehr für Allegroitalia Capo D'Arco anzubieten.

Sono tornato oggi dopo 3 giorni in questa splendida struttura. Soddisfattissimo. Ha superato le nostre aspettative. Bellissima la piscina Camera pulitissima, posto incantevole e ottima accoglienza. Matteo persona eccezionale. Consiglio a tutti.

The place is nice, the apartments are nice, cleanliness is ok but if you want to ruin your car with a lot of dust and a dirt road with stones sticking out of the ground that cut the tyres, here you are. I slashed my front tyre. Who pays for it? I will certainly return but to the adjacent structure where everything is asphalted.

Very large apartment complex and villa, secure and far from everything. Very busy freshwater swimming pool, seawater swimming pool empty 1 day per week for cleaning, restaurants with a limited menu and not very busy. To swim in the sea, be a very good swimmer! Everything is hilly, not easy for elderly people and strollers, it is very far from what we had been told about. No gas for 48 hours for cooking, water in the shower scarce at certain times. In short: not great.
