Convenient but oldish
Very poor quality breakfast, only one small of coffee included, extra at usd$1.75 ea., very slow service. No laundry facilities, bad when i planned this hotel for that purpose. Nice gardens and pool but the rest of the facility is old. Only 8-minute walk to lots of restaurants.

Rooms are very tiny, and dirty (stuck chewing gum on tables was totally visible but was not bothered to be cleaned. Bad and extremely poor quality of linens and soap. Although breakfast was included, but only 1 small cup of coffee was given and no refills, ran out of bread on breakfast with no apologies. The lady Manager was very unwelcoming. The only person that stood out was Emelee who at least smiled & was very helpful. The restaurant hours were clearly displayed open till 9 pm but when we arrived for dinner all the reception n restaurant was closed (apparently they close at 7 pm)

El lugar es bonito y el exterior promete. Desgraciadamente cuando entras en la habitación se te cae el alma a los pies. Todo está viejo y decrépito. Habitaciones oscuras y húmedas, mobiliario de hace décadas, colchones blandos que son una tortura para la espalda. Necesita una urgente y completa remodelación para aprovechar su buena ubicación

Gorgeous gardens, poor areas, fountains, gazebo, restaurant, hotel, rooms, and furnishings!
The food and cafe were excellent; the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and ready to help with anything needed. My only suggestion is that black-out curtains be added to suite #1.

We were staying at a different hotel and decided to try the Peruvian food at this hotel. We were far from impressed. Service was poor despite no one being there. I'm not sure that there was pisco in the pisco sours, and much of what was advertised on their website is not on their menu. The whole fish must have been the skinniest fish they could find, we did not stay for dessert.

Well situated,the vale verde hôtel could be wonderfull,but it is missing some maintenance.We had superior room for 4 people used by 2,that means lot of space very appreciate. The location is perfect,beautifull siting,good pool,beautifull garden. Check in was good but the room bathroom very disapointing.Lots of broken items,shower head toilet bowl... The restaurant is open from 4pm and close at 8pm,even earlier. Breakfast,as in many places in Panama,is a choice to be made between 3 choices. the continental is 2 eggs,2 pieces of bread ,butter,Jam no ham,and no fruits and you have to chose between Coffee or Tea and Orange Juice every extra even 2nd cup of Coffee is not free. But the situation is perfect.
