House Wonderful villa situated on a plot of 600 m2, on the upper area of the residential area of El Toro. Its privileged location gives us, from the terraces, spectacular views to the mountains and to the pine forest. The house has a constructed area of 280 m2 distributed in three floors. On the main floor there is a living room with high ceilings. There are sofas around a modern fireplace, with access to a balcony from where you can enjoy spectacular views to the mountains and to the pine forest. There is a toilet and a bathroom with bath and shower in the entrance, and a door leads us to the fully equipped kitchen with views to the garden. From a staircase we access to the upper floor where there is a dining room with a table for meals, from where we can see the living room of the main floor. Following the corridor we arrive to another small lounge room with sofa, a projector / movie screen and wii console. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms (two with double beds and one with a trundle bed) and a bathroom (with bath) en suite. The bedroom en suite has access to a terrace with artificial grass, a small table, chairs and sun-lounger as an area to have a rest. It offers views to the surrounding mountains. On the lower floor, which is accessed from a staircase in the living room, there is a games room with large windows with a billiard table and table soccer. It has its own fireplace and a bathroom with shower. From this floor sliding glass doors gives access to a nice pool (of 21 m2 x with a depth of 1.20 m x 2.00 m) and a garden with sun-loungers, a barbecue and a table to enjoy your culinary delights outdoors. The house has air conditioning (cold/hot) in the two living/dining rooms except in the child's bedroom (which has ceiling fan). It also offers free Wi-Fi connection.
