Hotel Euroski Mountain Resort & Spa

Excellent first family ski holiday. Clean rooms and communal areas, comfy beds, free ski lockers, excellent, efficient shuttle bus to El Tarter gondola. Lovely food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was they overbooked so we couldn’t have the junior suite that we paid for - compensated with free access to the spa throughout our stay which sounded good however. Spa grubby and very noisy and busy- not particularly relaxing A brilliant holiday in a fab location. Hope to be back - Thank you wonderful Euroski staff

Room: nothing to do with 4 stats hotel, extremely dirty, destroyed plugs, hairdryer doesn’t work, old furniture, safe doesn’t work. In the room no any cups, tea, coffee, teapot, no slippers and a bathrobe. No carpet in the room. Unacceptable for the room 300 eur per night Spa: 20 eur per person, only sauna there, showers are broken, very dirty. Obviously has to be renovated. Changing room worse than in municipal swimming pool. Unacceptable for hotel 4 stars. Restaurant: 150 eur per buffet for new year dinner. Crazy price for canteen like in school Parking: they didn’t give is place during all our stay despite it is written that they have parking for guests Service: they charge me for 5 rooms instead of 2 (it was 4683 eur more) I spent weeks to get money back, hotel even not apologies when I came, continued to insist that it wasn’t happened When we were checking out they gave us receipt for 131 eur from restaurant which wasn’t ours I asked to prepare invoice for me in advance, I was waiting for it almost 1 hour at the check out.

**A Catastrophic Experience at a Hotel Unworthy of Its 4 Stars**   We stayed at the Euroski Hotel Mountain Resort & Spa last weekend, and it was a dreadful experience from start to finish. Here's what happened:   - **Closed Spa and No Parking**: Upon arrival, we discovered that the spa was closed for renovations (this was not mentioned at the time of booking), there was no parking available for our car, and to top it all off, our rooms (we were two couples) were not ready, even though it was 4 PM—check-in started at 3 PM.   - **Endless Delays**: By 6 PM, only one of the two rooms was ready. As we had tickets for an event already in progress, we reluctantly left our belongings in the available room and departed, hoping the second room would be ready upon our return.   - **Unacceptable Wait**: Returning to the hotel at 11:30 PM, exhausted and eager to rest, we were shocked to learn that the second room was still not ready! We had to wait once again—this time in the hotel bar—until 12:30 AM to finally receive the key.   - **A Room Under Construction**: The second room was completely unusable:    - No curtains or blinds (making sleep impossible at sunrise).    - Frames left on the floor.    - No bulbs in the bedside lamps.   We demanded an explanation and another room change.   - **Second Attempt, Still a Disaster**: At 1:30 AM, we were given another room, which was even worse:    - This one had curtains, but no showerhead in the bathtub.    - A missing ceiling panel exposed the air conditioning system.    - Stained sheets and an unsanitary bathroom, littered with hair and construction debris.   Frustrated and exhausted, we spent the night in this decrepit room, hoping for a resolution the next day.   - **No Improvement**: The next day, no replacement room was offered, nothing was repaired, and we left the hotel on Sunday bitterly disappointed, vowing never to return.   As "compensation," the hotel offered us a voucher for a free night, which we obviously refused.   This establishment falls far short of 4-star standards. The lack of cleanliness, organization, and service is unacceptable. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you’re looking for a pleasant and restful stay.   Photos are available to illustrate the unacceptable state of this hotel.
