Nice resort. Lots of activites for everyone. Close to beach and shopping. Ver safe area. We stayed here before going to Port Aventura.

Great hotel, not safe for children
The hotel looks amazing so the rooms. Newly decorated, clean. Food options great. Entertainment very good.
The staff couldn't care less about noise and disturbance in the corridors, all day long. In the mornings, during the day and evenings were totally awful. Kids running around, spilling drinks everywhere, screaming and hitting the walls.
The swimming pools not very clean definitely need update, with 2 lazy guards. Indoor swimming pool full up with teenagers jumping to the water, singing loud songs, playing with "footballs". Spoke to the guards, no help. They didn't bother to sort it out. Very dangerous, also filthy.
If you're looking for a family holidays, look somewhere else. Not safe for children.
The Internet was off for 2 days of our stay. Only Spanish channels in the room. The beach nearby is a fishing seaport.
Would i come back? I don't think so.
If without children, yes. Great for grownups.

We traveled in October so street parking was free and the hotel staff were kind enough to tell us! The staff was friendly and the location was close to beach and restaurants. Great value for the price.

Séjour en famille
Nous sommes partis pour nous reposer et finalement on à plutôt fait pas mal d'activités dans l'hôtel et à l'extérieur.
Nous avons apprécier l'ambiance général.
Le personnel est sympathique.

En famille pour 5 jours
Sejour en famille en chambre supérieure vue sur la route au rez de chaussée... donc pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte (bruit, pollution et risque de vol).
Très compliqué de se garer et nombre de places très limité dans le garage (payant).
Certaines mauvaises odeurs remontent.
Petit déjeuner très moyen et peu de place.
Loin du centre.
Piscine correcte pour les enfants et pas de problème pour les transats autour de la piscine (disponibles et nombreux).
Correct mais sans plus
