Es necesario adecentar el baño para las personas mayores, pero hay riego de caída al usar la bañera, tanto al entrar como al salir de la misma, carece incluso de un asa para agarrarse.
El desayuno es excelente, la limpieza también y el personal muy atento.
La localización buena, y el edificio es muy interesante.
He observado algunas hormigas en la habitación, son pocas pero como no las atajen van a tener muchos problemas, pues son muy pequeñas, se desplazan muy rápido y es una especie más evolucionada.

El hotel ha bajado la calidad con respecto a otros años, hemos ido en varias ocasiones. El cabezal de la ducha no se enganchaba correctamente, con lo cual no era nada cómoda. Pero Donde mas se nota la bajada de calidad es en el desayuno, además de la calidad es también el servicio, el primer día nos dijeron que se había acabado el tomate, bueno…. pero lo más lamentable, el día siguiente, les pedimos un par de huevos fritos, que siempre nos los han hecho, y nos dicen que no tienen huevos, es lógico en un hotel de 4*? No es lo que era, no!

Hotel bien situado. Recepción amables. Pasillos laberínticos que te pierdes. Habitaciones normales, con mini bar y TV grande. Pero habría que quitar un peligroso escalón que hay entre baño y dormitorio. Desayuno ,almuerzo y cena tipo bufet simple, pero debes adivinar lo que comes porque le falta el cartel del producto.

Good trip with some reservations
There were good and bad aspects to the hotel. For example, on the good side; the hotel was well located (half way between the train station and down town), the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big and comfortable.
On the negative side; the hotel had the worst WIFI I ever experienced in a hotel and some of the towels and rugs were a bit worn.
Overall it was a good experience.

Good Location to El Puerto Santa MAria
The hotel is great and I have stayed several times for work and pleasure,
I has a nice pool area, indoor courtyard / terrace seating, amazing art through out the building,
Rooms are nice, AC is good and good showers,
Only think I noticed that I am not happy about is No Coffee or Tea Facilities in Room, and No Toiletries in the Bathroom, sounds silly but to me its just expected
