Las habitaciones no se limpian a diario, nisiquiera sacan la basura, la explicacion de recepcion fue que la habitacion se limpia 2 dias despues del checkin, yo me quede 2 noches y no limpiaron la habitacion ni cambiaron las toallas es anti higienico esa practica, no vuelvo a este hotel.

Nice, clean hotel. Checkout-in was great; checkout was a nightmare. I told Hyatt when booking and the hotel when checking in that I had a gift card to use. I even tried checking out the night before in case there were issues. Well, there were issues. The woman at the desk couldn’t figure out how to enter it. I’ve spent hours on chats with Hyatt, and still the hotel hasn’t responded to corporate or to me. It’s been two weeks. It’s a nice hotel…until it isn’t. I’d book the Wyndham, which is at the airport, instead.

The room was a very nice size and had all the amenities a person could want. The breakfast was great especially for one that's included and not an extra charge. Overall the hotel was very nice and I would highly recommend anybody going through or visiting El Paso stay there!

la habitation en general esta muy muy bien salvo la puerta del baño se me hace un poco estrecha soy un hombre grande y si batallo un poco para cerrar la puerta por todo lo demas los espacios esta muy amplios y tiene muy buen clima un poco de ruido pero bien
