Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection

Great trip.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, my most recent visit was an exception to the rule of excellent. We arrived to our room and a horrible smell of sewage hit us even my daughters didn't wanna go in the room. I called guest services and they had a valet switch our rooms in about 5 minutes and even upgraded us to a better room. Which I wasn't expecting but made up for that weird moment. Other than that our other stays are always pleasant and now I know if something goes wrong they'll go above and beyond to fix it! We've also visited the restaurants and they are a good place to eat and the location for us is 100% the best. Employees are also always friendly and helpful. Will recommend and continue to stay here in the future

Our son got married in El Paso, a destination wedding of sorts. We were honored to book a marital suite for them, as a surprise. I was put in touch with Carlos, an amazing concierge. From the time I told him what was going on he was completely on board with helping us surprise the newlyweds. We were in contact several times and he was very accommodating, and helpful. We came in the evening of the 26th with 4 bags of balloons among other things. We had a BOX of things for them to use. I only asked to get the champagne flutes back to have them personalized, we ran out of time to do so before we left. He was so gracious and thanked us for having some of the "props" ready, including having all the balloons inflated. He immediately ensured me that if my son left the glasses behind he would let me know so I could come pick them up the following day. He also made sure they had cold champagne in thier room and chocolate dipped strawberries. I 100% recommend this hotel and Carlos for your special occasion or just a good night's rest when traveling. You will be expertly taken care of!!

Brianna Garcia is an absolute gem! I am so grateful for her and her hospitality upon checkin. I was in a crash on my way from Del Rio to El Paso and Brianna made me feel at home, supported and safe, I am eternally grateful! Thank you for caring about your guests, and their furry friends. She made sure my pups had treats and we happy too! Thank you Brianna!!!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Paseo Del Norte in downtown El Paso. I wish I could have stayed longer at this iconic and historic hotel, but I was on a business trip and had to get back. The hotel was highly recommended by a friend and colleague who grew up in El Paso, and I am glad that I took his advice to stay there. For an exceptional hotel, the rate was very reasonable. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet at the Sabor restaurant on the ground floor was outstanding. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool with its exceptional view of downtown and the desert mountains in the distance. I would definitely stay at Hotel Paseo Del Norte again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

I started staying here last year during the Plaza Classic Film Festival, and I returned this year mainly because of Destiny and Alejandra in the Sabor Restaurant. After a whole year, Destiny still remembered my name, which is amazing. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. My room, 908, was very comfortable but it could have had a little more light. A lamp behind the chair would have made it possible to read after dark and to see inside the closet. The temperature control was easy to use and worked properly, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. I plan to come back to this hotel for the Plaza Classic Film Festivals in the future.
