Can’t say enough good about this place. Comfortable, Clean, Friendly, Great breakfast, on and on. The manager Gabby is most helpful, thoughtful, and professional hotel manager we have ever come across. Her alone keeps us coming back to this hotel again and again.

This hotel stay was a surprise as my spouse took me to see Coldplay at Sun Bowl Stadium. I called the hotel the morning of our arrival to add my name and Hilton Honors number to the reservation. The agent on the phone said he wasn't comfortable doing that. Really? The front desk was super great and checked us in at 2pm. We didn't have to wait. We were given room 220, which is directly in front of elevators, but we didn't hear any noise. The breakfast was good the next morning and I especially enjoyed my tomato, mushroom and spinach omelette. Coffee was not as strong as I prefer, but it's free, so what's a guy to do. Ok, the not so good. They charge for parking. Not sure why. This isn't a downtown or super busy area. The bathroom is not great. The counter (located in the bedroom) is too low. The toilet and shower are in their own little room. The shower head was disgusting. It clearly needs to be replaced. I'm not sure anyone could get the hard water off it. The tile is cracked and moldy. Water was getting behind the tile so you know there will be issues later inside the wall. The shampoo (attached to the shower wall) was empty. The body wash (attached to the shower wall) was filled with conditioner. I sent a message to the front desk and asked for these to be refilled and for new towels. We left and went to the concert. Luckily, my wife had brought a small bottle of shampoo. When we returned, there were 2 new towels. But, the shampoo was still empty. Housekeeping did change the body wash. In the morning, I tried to make coffee in the room, but there was only 1 decaf coffee pod left for us. So we packed, went to breakfast and left the hotel. We paid $300.00 to stay one night. Not worth the aggravation. But it was for a concert, so I guess? I stay at a lot of Hiltons. In comparison to other Embassy Suites, I'd say I overpaid for not great service. I just wanted a place to sleep and be comfortable and shower. I did sleep, but I would expect a good sleep after standing in 104 degree weather in a stadium dancing for 7 hours.

Didn’t have any towels didn’t clean my room. Give us fresh towels or even enough for how many people where in the room!!!

Our check in time was 3 PM. I have traveling all night., I didn’t pay attention to the details as I booked the room. The guy at the front desk said to give him my number and he will call as soon as a room becomes available. 30 minutes later, he calls me letting me a room is ready. How great is that!! They are great! The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious . Next time I come back to El Paso I will definitely stay here again!
