Nice Residence Inn, clean room, reasonable pricing. Close to lots of restaurants. Be sure to ask for a room facing AWAY from the Freeway to get a good nights sleep. ............................................................................

Our son stayed here for a week to report to Fort Bliss. He stayed on our points (thank goodness). Someone tried to use his CC number on Christmas Eve for a room. It was declined and my bank immediately notified me. Someone tried to run the number without the card. So, I would not recommend this place for obvious reasons.

Great customer service!!! Jorge was amazing at the front desk. Quite tired when we arrived and he went and found us a luggage cart, and was very welcoming. The only downfall to this location is the parking. We were trailering a car - the parking lot is horrible and dead ends on the right side of the hotel. Very limited parking especially with another hotel right next door.

Best hotel in El Paso! Everything from the amenities to the customer service is 5 star. Cindy, the night auditor, was extremely helpful, her recommendations and advice about the city were on point! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice updated bedrooms, BUT bathrooms are not fully renovated. Tubs are old and rushed, bathroom sinks and faucets are the same from 11 years ago. Tile floor is gross and old. Doors are all beaten up. A new vanity mirror but that’s it for bathroom “update”. Housekeeping is meh. Room was a tad dirty.

The hotel was at a great location, the staff was very friendly, and the room was impressive! We stayed here on our way to California and loved it so much that we ended up staying here again on our way back! Their indoor pool was a plus and so were the little details like the fireplace in our bedroom and the fireplace outside.

I am hugely disappointed with this hotel. I cannot believe it is a Marriott. We checked in to the 2 bedroom unit for 5 nights as we are in the area for family. We likely will need to return a few times to clean out a house and we are looking for a place where we would be comfortable. This place was not cleaned thoroughly and maintenance was not up to date. The smoke detector kept going off and needed a new battery. So that was the first thing we called the front desk about. Then the bathroom, the shower curtain has fallen off, the bath tub and the sink do not drank properly. The kicker is that there are dishes in the dishwasher and they have molded. Who knows how long they have been in there. There is also only 1 thermostat for both the bedrooms and the living space. We were either freezing or too hot. I also did know there was a $10 fee for parking until I got my bill. Friends tell me that I should have complained more and maybe gotten some Marriott Bonvoy points or something, but I didn't. Huge disappointment.
