I can’t say enough good things about the team at Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso Airport—especially Edger and Danyka, the Front Office Manager. I accidentally left my iPad behind during my stay, and they went above and beyond to help me get it back. From the moment I called, they were kind, professional, and truly cared about making sure my iPad was returned safely. Traveling can be stressful, but their quick communication and genuine helpfulness turned a potential nightmare into a smooth experience. It’s rare these days to find people who not only do their job well but also go the extra mile with such warmth and integrity. Thank you, Edger and Danyka—you turned what could have been a huge headache into a reminder that great customer service still exists. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites not just for the comfortable stay, but for the outstanding people who work here

The man at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming during my stay. He answered all my questions with patience and made the check-in process smooth and easy. He went out of his way to assist me, and his friendly attitude made me feel comfortable right away. Excellent service! 😁😁
