I like this hotel. The staff are friendly. Location is great, walking distance to the airport plus they also provide free shuttle if you need. The facility is quite new. El Paso is not a busy airport so except that it’s quite as well:)

We found it strange that the pool is not inside the hotel, it is outside on the street, although it is fenced.
The breakfast is good, the staff in the food area is not friendly.
The guy who attended the reception (Jacobo I think his name is) was attentive and polite.
It is in an area where if you are going to go shopping, the location is good.
