Reception staff was really friendly and helpful, bar area quite nice. The only thing I would suggest is more hooks in bathrooms fir towels would be very useful

The property location was excellent for access to the slopes, ski storage and personal lockers were well positioned and made preparations very easy. The team provided very good service and local knowledge

Great hotel in a fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts and all the bars.
Second year in a row we have stayed here and plan to do the same again next year.

Really exceptional hotel and experience. For our skiing trip. Rooms were great (if a little warm) always clean staff so helpful and friendly. The entertainment was wonderful especially Marc Ferrer the illusionist who baffled us with close quarters magic at our table. Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay, and we will stay here again. The location is great (very short walk to slopes) and price/value ratio is good compared to other hotels in Pas de la Casa in high season. Stayed for a skiing weekend with 4 teenagers in 2 triple rooms. Rooms are a nice size and have good storage space. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety and fresh. Dinner is good. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Spa is OK (pool, jacuzzi, dry sauna) but small, hot and claustrophobic so lower your expectations. Thanks for an overall great stay!

Desde el día 29/12/2024 hasta el 5/01/25 tuve la suerte de poder disfrutar de una grata estancia en este gran hotel, en dónde destacaría en primer lugar la amabilidad y el trato del personal, siempre pendiente de hacer de estás vacaciones unos días increíblemente maravillosos. Lo segundo que destacaría es la calidad del buffet así como la comodidad de las instalaciones. Cómo punto negativo únicamente pondría el acceso al parking, bastante complicado por su estrechez en el acceso. Lo recomiendo totalmente!
