Cheap hotel, old facilities, barely adequate service. Nice outdoor environment, connected to the probably abandoned mangrove park, the park is very quiet. I ate at the hotel restaurant twice, and the food was not very good.

One of my worst booking experience in years. Hotel completely messed up our reservation, and they/the intermediate agency from Trip were not helpful. We wasted 5 h trying to arrange the issue created by them. In the end, they relocated us to lower tier hotels and they split our group of friends into different hotels. This hotel does not have warm water, rooms have humidity and they really smell dumpy, breakfast is bad. Way too pricy for the service provided. Do not book a boat tour with them: pricey and poor service (bad and not enough food provided, you will get charged for any thing as extras , etc). We have done a similar tour in Port Barton way cheaper and better.

Very incompetent hotel representatives. There was a request to cancel the reservation due to a dog bite of my daughter, vaccination was necessary. In the end, they refused to return the funds!
