Great stay. Unfortunately the pool and bar were closed due to maintenance but this did not affect our stay at all. Jude our butler was amazing and the breakfast to our room was out of this world. Bottle of wine and an anniversary cake for my husband and I. They did not leave out the kids, they made sure they had sweet little treats too. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our family had a relaxing and memorable stay at Lihim Resorts. What stood out most about the resort was the epic sunset seen from Henri's Restaurant, and the private Hayag beach resort - but many things stood out during our stay. From our group which included seniors and kids, everyone had a relaxing experience. The staff were super friendly every step of the way, and at every touch point (airport, welcome entrance, dining, bar, pool), and available any time you need them. What really stood out were our private butlers, Ken and Vic, who ensure each day had a great itinerary and a seamless experience. They were super responsive to any family member's needs and really helped make our stay comfortable. We stayed in the Bucana Rooms, which were exceptional. The views were amazing and the entire terrace with the rooms felt quite secluded. Bonus that there was a mini pool for the kids to keep cool. The bathrooms were as advertised in the pictures and one of the best parts of the room. The air-conditioner was cool as can be which was a bonus for us. Car service to move around the property (and into town) was always readily available with a quick text to the butlers. Our rate included the breakfast buffet which was our favorite thing to wake up to each day. The menu included rice, delicious local meat dishes and fresh fruit, and each morning the menu changed which our group pleasantly welcomed. As I mentioned the Hayag Beach, while you do need to take a quick boat ride there is well worth it. Our family had the entire beach nearly to ourselves for a good two hours. This is as quiet as a beach gets here in El Nido as we found the beaches with the tours to be quite busy. So highly recommend visiting Hayag at least a couple times if you can if you're seeking relaxation. From the amazing sunset, to the chill and quiet pool, and incredible service - Lihim Resorts helped make our stay in El Nido a trip to remember!

Staying here was the best decision we’ve ever made. Our butlers, Vic and Ken, were the best - they were attentive and organized. They made sure we’re having a great experience every step of the way. The place has amazing views, awesome villas, great food at Henri’s and Gana, and best activities to offer. The tour guides, drivers, and all the staff members were the nicest. We’re already planning to come back!

We went to their restaurant, Gana, as well as their rooftop bar, Henris, for a birthday celebration. Everything was seamless — from online reservations to our dinner. Food great, but the customer service was the best part! Kudos to our server Sam, the bartender Richard, their manager Ronald, and the boat men who handled our transfer :) Will definitely come back to check in for a few days!

В отлив , а он практически всегда , кругом ужас грязь, мусор и коряги . Завтрак очень скудный, есть на завтраке просто нечего. Несколько видов риса и макарон, суши. Масла сливочного нет, меда нет, не готовят омлеты . Стоят холодные отварные яйца ……
