The hotel is average. I would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are very small, cramped. The locker is just a name, not roomy, and there are no hangers for clothes. There was only one face towel for two! I have never seen anything like that. We asked for a second towel at the reception, they did not give it to us. They said that we were allowed one. Surprisingly! There was a TV, but it showed such interference and snow on the screen that it was impossible to watch. Consider that there is no TV. The hotel is located near the road, and it is very noisy in the room due to heavy traffic. The water pressure in the shower is very, very weak, it does not even wash the sand off the body. The cleaning in the room is very poor. They just made the beds and that's it. They did not clean the toilet at all. They also did not take out the trash, which is very strange. Breakfasts were not always brought at the appointed time, with a delay. At the reception we bought tours A, C, D. We paid for the tours, all the necessary fees. (ecological, for the big and small lagoons). As a result, tours A and C went great, but the third tour, half of the locations were repeated with tour C, and most importantly, they did not take us to the small Lagoon, they said that they were filming a Hollywood movie there, and no one 7. The fees for the Small Lagoon were collected at 200 pesos, but we did not get into the Lagoon (. And they did not return the money.
