Excellent family seaview rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, amazing views from the balcony, large rooms, convenient location for those with a car, we were a family of 4, 1-2 minutes (by car, motorcycle) to Vanilla Beach.. but there are also difficulties ) there is virtually no Internet, we used a SIM card, but if you have a Smart (operator) the reception is not very good, the breakfast is bad (a family room cost 2000 pesos with breakfast, probably cheaper without), they changed the number once, there was a problem with the plumbing), but in overall everything is ok..

We stayed here for four days last June 2024 and our experience is not quite good. Free breakfast serving is too small that only good for a 3 year old kid. Half of servings, half rice, lugaw soup and half of on one piece scrambled egg. We ask list of their menu but almost on the list is not available and they are not accepting discount for Senior Citizen ID.

Tekstiilit siistit, yleisilme siisti.
Aamiainen ilmainen, mutta heikko klo 7-9. Esim. Juomana ainoastaan musta kahvi ja vesi. Muusta täytyy erikseen maksaa.
Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Tapaturmia kävi omalla matkallani, henkilökunta vei omalla autollaan sairaalaan (ilmaiseksi) ja keittiöstä valmistettiin ilmaiseksi ystävälleni ruoka mikä sopii kun ruokamyrkytys yllä.

The rooms are dirty, there were stains on the linens. The television in the rooms are not working. The breakfast is worse. There was a little living room by the reception , i had been biten by bedbugs after sitting for a while. In their web description it states beachfront, but it wasn't. They should go over what hospitality business means because the staff does not even greet or talk to their guests.

Great hotel for budget travelers. Our room was right next to the pool. Sometimes there were problems with Wi-Fi, but for us it was not critical, since we had mobile Internet. The room offers a beautiful view of the Philippine nature. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price.

First, Location is a litle bit far from downtown, need to hire a motorcycle or take a local tricycle. Secondly, wifi connection is only at the lobby area which is also very weak. Network access also is not available. No cable for tv. Thirdly, comfort room is way disaster , bidet was hanged on the switch of the shower no proper standard for hygiene , water for shower was very week no shower heater , Pool was dirty , the water is not even running properly and lastly the breakfast been served to us. it was a CORNSILOG 🌽🍚🍳😒 ( photo was not taken 😅 )
