We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed in a room with a sea view, the location is one of the most convenient in the city, all available entertainment, restaurants and bars are nearby. The staff is very responsive. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. Delicious breakfast and excellent water supply. Highly recommend this place

Room 403, beautiful view, 4th floor without elevator. Difficult to adjust water. The hairdryer works for the first 15 seconds, then turns off. Breakfast is not very à la carte and needs to be ordered the day before.

Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more for better accommodation in El Nido.
We paid 7800 peso for 3 nights but stayed in far better accomodation for the same price in Puerto Princessa. My husband and I were in the queen room with sea view on the 4th (top) floor.No elevator so a big climb to get to our room.
The airconditioner kept tripping the switchboard. Every day during our stay we had to call staff to reset it- the phone in our room didn’t work so husband had to go all the way down and up stairs every time.
Bathroom was very old without any curtain or shower screen.
We had no room cleaning service on the second day. We ended up with a lot of sand in our room and towels that wouldn’t dry because of the rain.

Overall very satisfied. I paid a little extra and got a sea view. I was relatively satisfied. I thought there was no breakfast, but it was good.
We take orders from the breakfast menu every evening, and if you order, you can eat between 7 and 9 in the morning. It's an outdoor restaurant on the 3rd floor, and you can eat breakfast while looking at the sea.. It was the best.
All the other staff are friendly and kind.. The air conditioning is good and the internet is relatively good.. The location seems to be good..
Next time I visit El Ni, I will definitely stop by again.
