Nice Hotel with friendly Personal. We have a seaview room, the view is very nice… but many steps to climb. Rooms were big and clean, but you can hear the neighbor well. Breakfast was good but not many extensiv. For us the Hotel was good.

Terrible experience!! Unfortunately I have to make a review.They may be called View Deck but there's no view in the seaview room. All you can see is the roof of hotels nearby the property.Not for weak knees, not wheelchair friendly,not kids friendly, and not for people with stomach problem.We stayed for 2 nights and kept asking to check our room because we didn't have water in the toilet .We were told they can't bring water upstairs for my husband who happened to have a diarrhea but I saw a staff brought 2 pales next door!! Didnt have a shower since last night and today we left at 10 am and still no shower!! I gave 2 Stars for the free breakfast and they guy who was always there to carry our luggages. Lots of steps than we expected and the railings are unsafe.They have 3 pools exclusive only for the private villas.Wifi is very slow and ac is not cold.It's about 15 mins to the center so I recommend to stay somewhere flat and near the center.

My friends and I rented two of the villas each with a private pool. We had #1 and 2. 1 being the highest one up the hill. The view from the lounging terrace was spectacular In villa 1. The room itself was adequate. An L shaped open plan room with the bed tucked in the top of the L. It was against 2 walls and a tight passage on the only open side. There were no outlets near the bed. The bathroom was of good size. And was a wet shower set up. As is common elsewhere in the Philippines. What you wipe with goes in a bin on the side Villa 2 had a much more convenient square layout. Our friends were not sharing a bed, so we had the staff bring up an extra mattress to lay on the floor in front of the window. Both pools were very nice. Villa 1 pool had a waterfall. There was an issue with A bunch of kids getting into both pools while we were out. We came back to find them and politely shooed them away. Rumor was they were friends/family of the owners The big word of caution is what most other reviews have called out about the steep hill side and steps up to the villas. It was 100+ steps to Villa one. It became a challenge After a few days some Our less than fit in the group. For that reason alone, we should should've booked something in town on flatter ground The breakfast served was adequate. Be aware you must order the food the day before The staff was very helpful. They carried our luggage up. And down at our 430a departure I give this place 5 stars because of the views, the staff, affordable prices for a private pool. I wouldn't stay again because of the steps

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks in February 2023 and loved it. It is a very nice, well-kept small hotel complex near the center of El Nido. The rooms are very nice and clean and are cleaned every 2 days and the breakfast has a very good selection and is of great quality. Especially great is the super friendly staff, who greet you with a smile and help with questions. I also booked my motorcycle, the transfer to Puerto Princessa and all tour packages from A to D at the reception and it worked out great. I will be happy to come back next year and would recommend this hotel to anyone for a great vacation in El Nido ,

We had taken a room with a private swimming pool, the room was very typical in bamboo but atrocious in terms of comfort, not soundproof at all, impossible to sleep awake at night because roosters and dogs howling all night… Access to the room from the balcony (really mediocre bathroom and not very clean and which does not lock although access is from the outside, mosquito net also with holes) On the other hand, the truly incredible setting, breathtaking view breath on our terrace really too bad that the room was not great Prepare your best shoes to go up to the room because there is a lot of walking (but the view is well worth it) good for 2-3 days not +

My partner and I stayed here! We throughly enjoy our stay with Viewdeck Cottages! The staff were fantastic, The rooms where very clean, perfect location and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

The worst experience of my life in terms of hygiene… On arrival, the very dirty neighborhood already does not inspire anything good, after arriving at the reception you find yourself face to face with a sign from the local authorities indicating that the hotel is condemned for not having treated its waste water, it promises... After an endless climb of 10min (as if you were climbing 10 floors of a building while catching your breath), you will be pleasantly surprised by the view but it won't will be only the only positive point, to summarize: - we had reserved the studio with swimming pool and the water was completely green with the walls covered in algae the owner of the hotel tells us that it comes from chlorine… the joke!!! He finally agrees to brush the tiles briefly - the room was not clean, as you will see in the photos (dead insects, hair and hair in the bathroom, stains in the fridge which smelled of mold ) - noisy air conditioning because old model, impossible to sleep with - access to the hotel restaurant room was condemned because the manager was breeding dogs inside, great with the smells of excrement Thanks at the intervention of Booking we were able to cancel the reservation and get a refund because the sanitary standards were absolutely not respected, I advise you to absolutely avoid this hotel, you will be much better accommodated in an Airbnb or hotel in Corong Corong and for the same price!!
