A warm welcome and friendly staff. The food was varied and the view was beautiful. The bathroom facilities are poor and in urgent need of maintenance.

The hotel is for very undemanding tourists. It is located on a mountain (very steep ascent and descent). For us it is rather a plus. But the view is gorgeous! There is a great beach with gorgeous sunsets nearby. People came to us from Elnido to swim. The rooms are small, everything is old, rickety, the linen is gray. The pool, by the way, did not work. The room was cleaned only after request. Very poor soundproofing. Breakfasts are excellent, the staff tries. You can book excursions at the hotel. There is a free shuttle to McDonald's.

Very disappointed with this hotel!
To begin with, the pool is empty and unusable, which changes everything! There's a second, smaller pool, but the water is green and full of insects!
The room we stayed in was completely humid, making it difficult to breathe, and all our clothes were wet! The air conditioning barely works, and there were numerous power outages.

The location of the hotel is beautiful, but you depend on the work of their pickup truck, that is, it takes you from McDonald's to the hotel itself. In general, upon arrival, you have the driver's contact - whom you can call. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and asked for breakfast to take with me in the morning for an excursion - they did not do it. I asked to change the air conditioner temperature - they did not do it. A broken outlet - they did not fix it. I asked to change the bed - there were 5 free ones in my room - they did not change it (the outlet in my bed was broken). The view of the hotel is amazing, but the service, unfortunately, alas. I can not compare with other hostels in this city. The food is as is, in fact.

 View was incredible and free breakfast included enjoyable and staff for super helpful. The place is really clean and the beds are big and clean. There was lockers provided that could only accept a small padlock. Location was lovely to be at but to get there you had to get took to McDonald’s and then they had a free minibus transfer to the hostel which was up a very steep Hill .. but there is no signal at the stop

An interesting location at the top of a hill but there is a service down to the main road at Macdonald's. The buffet breakfast is very good and the zip wire is next door if that's your thing.
