From the moment we stepped onto the grounds of Bahay Artisano, we were enveloped in a sense of tranquility and genuine Filipino hospitality. This wasn't just a stay, it was an experience – and one we won't soon forget. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, a true testament to the "artisano" in its name. Every detail, from the intricate design elements to the comfortable furnishings, speaks to the care and attention put into creating this haven. However, what truly elevates Bahay Artisano is the incredible staff. Their warmth and dedication to ensuring our comfort and security were unparalleled. Every need was met with a smile and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. They went above and beyond, offering local insights, arranging excursions, yoga sessions, massages, meals and always greeting us with genuine warmth. Bahay Artisano is more than just a beautiful place to stay; it's an experience made unforgettable by the incredible people who make it their mission to share the magic of El Nido with their guests. This is truly a five-star experience in every way, and we cannot wait to return.

Heaven on earth. The villa is beautiful, well equipped and incredibly comfortable. Service is impeccable. Staff includes housekeeper, chef, driver, concierge and security; all of whom are there to assist with anything you may require. Outings were simplified by having staff with local knowledge. JE assisted with bookings. The driver took us to and from and Kathleen & JE ensured we had clean towels, cold drinks, etc. The location is great. Five minutes from Lio airport, Lio beach (my personal favourite) which has many great restaurants and bars to choose from. Our children ended up getting sick one day and within 10 minutes they were taken to the medical clinic and were seen immediately. The doctor took care of their needs, as did Kathleen. The next day they were back to feeling well. Having this type of service available is indispensable in my opinion. Highly recommend you stay @ Bahay Artisano if you visit Palawan.

A really beautiful accomodation with so much space and amenities that you need. The service is impeccable and everyone is friendly and willing to help you. We loved our time at Bahay Artisano and would recommend to others.

Awesome experience. The house itself is a destination. The service was impeccable with 24/7 personal concierge. Perfect location with less than five minutes away from Lio airport. Nothing that they cannot do for you. What a magical 3 days we were sad to leave. The place is fit for royalty and it highlights the best that the Philippines has to offer in terms of house design, amenities etc.

What an amazing villa. No photograph can ever do this justice. The villa is so spacious and beautifully decorated with local furniture and art. The pool and verandas are large and a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the bush location. It is a short stroll to Lio beach and all its cafes and restaurants or a 15minute drive to all the attractions of El Nido. It is the staff however that make this an unforgettable experience not just a place to stay. They are so kind and helpful and always ready to cater for whatever requirements you may have nothing is ever a problem at Bahay Artisano!

The house speaks cozy and relaxing to stay in. The staffs were very welcoming and provides our needs in their utmost effort. The meticulous focus on the design and furnishings of the place created a sense of being in a second home, alsoooo the location was ideal, close to both tourist attractions and local gems.

A beautiful and very comfortable home a walk away from the beach, adjacent to a growing creative center (kalye artisano) with lots of crafts to discover but still very private. The staff was very very friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend for a short or long stay !
