Outstanding stay here at Adlao. We booked because of the “free” sunset cruise which was not offered because the boat was on maintenance the day we checked in. We were feeling down but the staff was enormous helpful and offered a private snorkelling tour with sunset in the floating pool. They really understood our point and made the stay awesome. They even decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday. We would 100% recommend. Try the French toast at breakfast - it is heaven.

Balai Adlao is in a good location in LIO Beach. Rooms are pretty standard, clean, cozy and quiet.The restaurant is okay for breakfast but they only serve instant coffee which is a big turn off. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, ATMs and a drugstore nearby. The hotel does provide transport to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Close to Lio Airport. Really good service. All their staff are helpful specially their receptionist whose very patient with all our request regardless of how many times we changed our plans.
Rooms are spacious however requires a bit of Maintenance some corners of the room are chipping.
Dining are are only open on breakfast, but lunch and dinner menu are coming soon as per their staff.
Overall enjoyed our stayed and will definitely stay again.

So good and affordable! Best in Lio Beach. Five stars for this Hotel! Balai Adlao and Molave Restaurant. Good food and good ambiance. Definitely we will be back here in Balai Adlao Hotel. Will recommend to my family and friends. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘

The positive points: Incredibly friendly and always smiling staff A magnificent beach very close with all amenities Boat trips The negative points Breakfast Above all we were given a room two meters from the works with workers with a direct view of the bedroom. After discussion we were changed rooms but with a view of the restaurant terrace. Not great

We paid €120 per night! The first thing we did was change rooms because the view was directly onto the construction site next door. The next room: safe locked, yellow towels, shower head loose, dripping from the faucet, no water in the morning, many things at the breakfast buffet empty and cold. The WiFi didn't work for several hours. The pool in the sea wasn't there. It was all a real shame - far too expensive

Quiet location, but still 15 minutes from El Nido "Downtown". Everything is new, spacious and very well maintained and clean. 100 m to the beach. Lots of small hotels and restaurants here. The staff is very nice and attentive, they speak good English

A memorable and relaxing but fun filled vacation. I love the sunset cruise and the floating swimming pool. You can order food from Molave Restaurant and Nokki and Vlood will take care of your safe trip. I admire the staff all friendly and exciting to see us back. I miss El Nido already. And will be back Balai Adlao soon.
