The hotel is located along a road - it's like a highway with something driving and rattling non-stop. It's very noisy. But the worst thing is that the hotel itself has no soundproofing. On weekends, local Filipinos come to relax. It's impossible to sleep in the hotel on weekends. Locals come back from parties at 3-4 in the morning and start talking very loudly, turn on the music and there's a smell of alcohol everywhere. Our room had an entrance door with holes, the boards had come apart and the smell was disgusting. We had to call the reception staff to be able to sleep. The air conditioners are not cleaned. You turn on the air conditioner and there's a smell of mold. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. They clean on request. Towels were changed regularly. The water in the shower is very chlorinated. It feels like you're coming out of a pool, you smell of chlorine for a long time. The Internet works poorly. Several times they turned it off completely. Moreover, at the reception, she said that it was all over the island, but it turned out that it wasn't everywhere. We came to the pizzeria and everything worked fine there. But the main thing is that the hotel staff does nothing to solve problems, they just smile and make promises. There were a lot of ants in the room. And there was no food in the room. We put the suitcase against the wall by the bed. A few days later, the entire suitcase was covered in ants inside and out. We had to get rid of them with an alcohol spray, since we had never seen anything like that. There is a cooler with hot and cold water on the first floor. There is tea and coffee until 11 am. This is probably one of the advantages. Large cars are always parked in front of the hotel so that it is inconvenient for guests to even exit the hotel sideways. And the staff doesn't care, so far they have forced us to repark so that we can exit like humans, and not squeeze through and get dirty on cars. If you are planning a trip on a weekday for three days, and if there are no other options, then you can risk staying here.

A normal budget hotel, of course there are some shortcomings, but it is bearable. There is always hot water in the shower without interruption. Our room was on the second floor and everything was clean. We lived there for 6 days, rented a scooter and drove around everything possible (there is parking near the hotel). Booked on Trip.com, with payment by Russian card (no problem), there is a cooler with hot water downstairs. The noise from the road near the hotel did not bother me personally.

Terrible hotel. We didn't spend even five minutes there. It was clear from the first steps that we wouldn't stay there. The location couldn't be worse, at the crossroads of two busy roads on one side, and a construction site and a chicken coop on the other. You definitely won't get any peace and quiet here. There's a strange, sharp chemical smell in the room, probably from the air conditioner. It's impossible to open the windows to air out the air, and it's also impossible to turn it off, since it quickly becomes stuffy. As a result, we had to walk around the city and look for other accommodation. The price for such conditions is way too high, and I wouldn't stay here for any amount of money.

We lived on the ground floor without windows. The only downside is the noisy air conditioner, without which it is impossible to sleep at night, because it gets hot. Well, and a rather large spider came to visit us. But this is a common thing for this area. Overall, everything is great. You can walk from the Cherry bus station, it is convenient. 👍🏼 We booked an excursion directly at the hotel. The staff is responsive and friendly. The hotel is suitable for an overnight stay 👍🏼

+ clean and comfortable beds and pillows + a cooler with free water, coffee + you can order breakfast directly at the hotel for 180 pesos + there are dryers in the hallway where you can hang wet clothes + responsive and pleasant staff, they ordered a transfer to Puerto Princesa for us + good hot water pressure + no adapter for sockets needed - there is not enough lighting in the room - although the windows were always closed, street noise came from them, as if they were open.
