Le personnel de l’hôtel est aimable et attentif, ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant, pour un établissement de ce standing, la qualité du service mériterait d’être améliorée, notamment à travers une meilleure formation du personnel. De plus, nous avons trouvé que le vin local était proposé à un tarif excessif : environ 12 euros le verre. Quelques exemples, le pain et la tartinad ont été oublié lors du déjeuner. En ce qui concerne le spa, l’expérience a été décevante. Sur une séance annoncée de 60 minutes, 10 minutes ont été consacrées à la douche et 5 minutes à la pause thé finale, réduisant ainsi le massage à seulement 45 minutes. De plus, les installations manquaient de basiques : pas de serviette de bain ni de shampooing dans la douche, et mon mari n’a même pas eu de gel douche à disposition. Un hammam nous a été proposé en compensation. Autre point regrettable : l’activité “balade à cheval”, présentée comme une véritable promenade, s’est en réalité limitée à une simple visite de la ferme. Il ne s’agissait donc pas d’une balade au sens habituel du terme. De plus, les personnes encadrant l’activité ne parlaient ni bien français ni anglais, ce qui pose question quant à leur capacité à expliquer les consignes de sécurité de manière claire.

A beautiful retreat near Meknes. This was a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, overlooking the vineyards. The attention to detail is second to none. The hotel staff organised a taxi for us from the train station. Arrival was excellent and our room was beautiful. A great wine tour followed by a great evening meal. Medhi was incredibly helpful and spoke to us about the hotel. All the staff were wonderful. We enjoyed a leisurely day at the pool followed by a spa session. Our two day trip was an oasis. Excellent wifi throughout

Poor experience, slack management
Service was inexperienced but very kind. Heating and cooling of rooms was turned off so the room was very hot. Lots of mosquitos but no screens.
Finally they double charged us for the room and have refused to refund it, which is ridiculous and we will have to go through VISA to block charge
