The most beautiful sunrise on the Red Sea, just to the east of the golf course to see the seaside, don't miss it at 6:20 in the morning.
The hotel service is very good, everyone is very enthusiastic, the guy at the front desk agreed to continue playing in the pool after checking out at 12 o'clock, very considerate.
Rich breakfast and dinner, hotel decoration is very new, will come back

Plusses: - Quite calm in here, no drunk tourists, beautiful landscapes. Minuses: - Hotel stuff fool guests with change even in the hotel restaurants, they literally gives less change than they had EVEN when you sad to keep them (a waiter) a tip -＞ he claim tip + 10-20% of the change - depends of the waiter decision 🤯. - Annoying service obtrusion. If you’d like to get a beautiful sunburn and cute family conversation / spend a honeymoon with your loved one - it’s completely impossible because of the activities staff who will make maximum afford to grab your cash for a braindead boat trip, massage service e.t.c… - Very poor knowledge of english language - for Egypt it’s quite normal practice, anyways 4, - 5 star hotel should know it al least on B1 level.

Excellent accommodation and great resort. Food options are wide and staff is very hospitable. Night entertainment and events are nice.

Excellent hotel excellent staff from Doreen at concierge to yhoseff in resturant and Mohamed the resturant manager all go over and above the pools boys the waiters and alll the staff make the hotel can’t recommend highly enough can’t wait to return later in the year

Peter, the receptionist is excellent! The rooms are good and the general service at the restaurants and the bars is very good. The green bar guys are very kind. The tower and sunset experience was amazing too. We had a boat ride around the lagoon. Amazing! ..................
