This chedi is really not recommended! The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes. The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable. The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means. The public area of ​​the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

Our stay in Creek hotel was amazing . The hotel is new , clean , very quiet and cozy We got an up grade for our rooms which was great . The food quality was super , food is delicious and always fresh and the service at the restaurant was fast and efficient. Everything went smooth starting from the super easy reservation with Mr Ahmed , the smooth and fast check in with Mr Mahmoud shahata And the pool and the beach and the activities personnel were so helpful , and also special thanks to Ahmed said from the house keeping. Everyone welcomed us with so much cheerfulness and hospitality. We really enjoyed our two night stay at Creek hotel and we are definitely coming back 😊
