Large and clean, free parking. Breakfast included, rich and great value, 18 holes of golf, complete supporting facilities, golf equipment can be rented, the golf course has just been maintained

We went for a day trip.
My husband and I were on a quieter note.
The room was fine, and we loved the hotel pool.
The only downside was that the reservoir beach was unsanitary, and we were advised against swimming, but it didn't smell or look bad.
If you're not into golf or sailing, it's also a good place.
We had dinner there and liked it (about €80).
We also had breakfast in the cafeteria (not a buffet), and it was very good.
The air conditioning was essential.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen met uitzicht op bergen en stuwmeer. Fijne kamer met mooi uitzicht en goed bed. Wat achterstallig onderhoud maar zeer schoon. Ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd met koffie van Nespresso apparaat. Restaurant was goed met ruime openingstijden vanaf 11.00 - 23.00. Vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid buiten en garage met oplaadpunt.

Drove from Lisbon to arrive on the island, a beautiful and grand arrival sequence crossing the causeway on a tree lined avenue. So! Was expecting more from the hotel overall. The welcome was very average as well as the rooms, amenities and service (with exception of one young lady in the restaurant). The hotel commands a fantastic position, although poorly oriented, against an impressive lake, however there is no access to the lakeside, we tried but ended up walking over builders debris. The general condition of the building and definitely the landscape was very poor. The pool was closed despite the temperature being 35 degrees when we arrived. The surrounding villas have been vandalized and the place is generally a complete mess. It is such a huge shame because this place and hotel could be absolutely outstanding, but unfortunately isn’t anywhere near what its position demands.

WIFI doesn't work. Water tastes bad and has a lot of chlorine. There isn't enough light in the hallways. The location is far from everywhere.
