Impressive Premium Punta Cana - All Inclusive

The moment I arrived at Impressive Premium I met Gasolina, Liliana and ambiorix at the bar. They are truly amazing and offer great service. Always smiling always pleasant. Will definitely be coming back!! They made our stay memorable. This is a truly amazing resort food and services are great!!!

i have experienced an amazing service here, the treatment was great, all of the workers were very friendly especially gasolina from the entertainment group, she was so sweet and was really encouraging us to have fun and enjoy ourselves she even danced with us and did karaoke with us. That is the type of energy you need when u go on vacation, i felt like she really made this trip even better than it already was. The beach was amazing and so was the food, the restaurants and the pools, especially the service at the bar near premium pool, Liliana and ambiorix they both made sure we had a good time. Would for-sure come back for a second time

The hotel surprises on a positive note. We had a dream vacation and it was only possible due to the friendliness of the staff, the service, the cleanliness, the availability, the food and the entertainment. We had the premium package which we thought was worth it, for the room, room service, pools, activities, beach and reservations at the resort's restaurants. You need to use the hotel's app/website to make the most of the hotel and we recommend that you try all the restaurants because they have a lot of à la carte food and of a higher quality for you, all included.

So I wanted to write a little review right at the start of our holiday to help some of those worried by recent horrendous reviews. I too read them thinking that my very much needed holiday in the sun would mean a horrible stench from the seaweed, cold and boring food and rude staff. NOT THE CASE! Is it a five star? No. It’s a bit tired but that’s ok. It took an hour and a half to be checked in which was not great after a long flight. Our butler Delvis though was on hand and keen to get us settled in. We’ve been here for two days so far and the food and drink have been fabulous. I’m a vegetarian and there is loads of variety here; I can tell I’m going to be doing my happy food dance for the next two weeks. And the staff have been warm and welcoming. I’ve given everyone big smiles and greeted them by their name. For those that whinged about miserable staff… I guess you weren’t doing it right! And as for the seaweed smell. Delvis says that two weeks ago it really was awful. But seems to be much better now. As I go into day three of the holiday, I’m happy, beginning to relax and have a full belly of lovely food. Don’t be put off by negative reviews 😁

We went as a family of 6 adults & a baby & overall we had an amazing vacation. The staff were mostly friendly, helpful & polite. We booked premium to allow us access to a la carte restaurants for all meals - which we mainly booked through the app & all worked out well / the food & service were reasonably good throughout. Unfortunately the Premium beach is very rocky so we had to use the normal side of the beach - which was right outside our block 12 - & was lovely soft sand - so were unable to take advantage of the premium bar or waiter service! Our main disappointment was having requested 3 rooms in the same block & 2 ground floor - we were split into blocks 12 & 15! And my daughter was given a third floor room & had to carry the baby & pushchair up & down each day! Overall I’d say we had a great vacation & I’d happily recommend this hotel.

Definitely not 5* more a 3* Check in was nearly 1 -1/2 hours room on 3rd floor safe in room didn’t work and 2 drawers fell out broken when opened after another 1 at check in got a ground floor room on 19 block which was ok.Staff arrogant but not all of them as soon as you spoke English it was like you were an alien you were ok if you spoke Spanish ,Columbian or Brazilian .I chose this holiday for my wife’s 70th birthday treat and emailed the hotel two weeks before to ask for our arrival to be special like a bottle of champagne in room on arrival ( Nothing ) Also ask for special night in Mexican restaurant ( Definitely avoid ) but because the hotel had said in their reply to me that the relevant department would deal with this for me and I had no confirmation they had I had to ask the Rep if he could check if anything had been put in place spoiling the surprise for my wife 😢 nothing was done he requested they make a special effort which the girl on Customer Service said she would certainly do that .Got to restaurant at 7-45 for our 8 o’clock sitting No Special Table,No Special Table. No Champagne or balloons, 20 minutes after being seated finally asked for our order which was 2 soups for starters , chicken and rice for the wife and Beef wire for me . 20 minutes later no sign of meal waiter comes across and says is it beef for gentleman and chicken for lady to which my wife said we have had no Soup yet he said you ordered soup ? Ffs then 10 minutes later brought out two main dishes which were virtually cold wife said still no soup which he finally brought out after our main dish which was also cold We both just walked out absolutely spoilt Birthday night .We later found out at least 7 other couples had also walked out that night. Buffet restaurant food was like eating Salad everyday most of it barely warm apart from specials section . Pool was like swimming in insect infested water most times even though they attempted to clean it each day .Weather was actually very nice 84f most days .While the Tui rep Bart did his best to resolve these issues even bought my wife some small gifts off his own back speaking to several other guests this hotel has major problems that were starting to get addressed second week of our holiday big influx of managers and food getting better. To top it off when we arrived at airport to book in we were told our seats were different to what we had previously paid for ie extra leg room as the plane had been changed so there was no premium section so they got our seats and we were moved further back to the cramped section All in All not the holiday we expected met some lovely people though who also had major issues . We are awaiting contact from Tui and will be calling into our local branch to explain these and other issues we had with the hotel Definitely the worst experience out of all our holidays
