Did not like. I feel like I overpaid and the hotel is not worth it. The rooms are old, although it is clear that in the past the hotel was good - a lot of wood.
The staff is very nice, they told us everything, gave us directions, and booked a transfer for trekking to Rio Electrico.
I didn't like the food. For that money, you could put fruit on the table, rather than a fruit salad made from scraps that had released their juice.

The hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast service was excellent and came with the room. We were on the ground floor and when we opened the window a cat walked in so be careful if you don’t like cats. We were close to everything and walked from the Mirador Fitz Roy through town to the hotel.

Our hotel room was spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the mountains. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful! I can’t say enough good things about everyone we encountered that works here. They helped us plan our hikes based on the weather, arrange a shuttle, and answered all of our questions. The hotel was in walking distance from trailheads, stores, and restaurants. Staying here was a great experience!!

Nice, spacious room with a beautiful outlook to the mountains. Quiet for sleeping. Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Hotel location is convenient. Close to restaurants and to the Fitz Roy. Room was clean. However, breakfast buffet was poor, not real eggs, not much protein options and no veggie options.
