The hotel is very comfortable. Ideal for resting. The staff's attention is excellent. WiFi is limited in common areas and unstable, but it occurs everywhere in the town. It invites you to get away from the networks and connect with nature. It is an excellent option for lodging.

The hotel is very well located. I found it very comfortable in general. Good breakfast (with gluten-free options). Wifi only in the reception, breakfast room and living room on the first floor. Unstable signal as in the whole town. There is no TV in the rooms, although there is one in the reception area. The living room on the first floor is a very nice place with views of Fitz Roy. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the only thing is that they are a bit noisy (both the hallway and the stairs, being made of wood, you can hear a lot of footsteps, perhaps putting carpets on the wood would avoid the noise caused). Special mention to the guys at the reception, Martín and Nicolás, they are very kind and provide very good service, worth mentioning. I stayed for 5 nights and the result was as expected.

Good stay, clean and reasonably central in town. Inside of hetel a little dated but still good & well maintained. Room size and bathroom were good. No wifi in room -only in public areas. Staff is efficient but I have seen friendlier. No complaints, though.

Very nice hotel in the hiking capital of Patagonia. Comfortable, clean accommodations, breakfast included, laundry service available, wi-fi. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Martin and Nicolas. Close to downtown, but quiet and peaceful. Coffee shop next door and great restaurant just down the street. Perfect base for your hiking in El Chalten area.

The service is excellent, Martin is very helpful and attentive. The room is very comfortable, pleasant, in excellent condition, good acclimatization, wide and comfortable bed as well as the pillows. Good quality sheets and towels. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is very rich and complete. I could only use the Wi-Fi in the reception and at least at the time I used it (night) the signal was somewhat unstable.

Very good hotel, good location and excellent service from the staff. At check-in they gave us all the information and recommendations necessary to make the most of our stay in El Chalten. We got a room on the second floor with a view of Fitz Roy. Very rich and varied breakfast. The food they give you for excursions, although not cheap ($10,000) is very rich and complete. To improve: the distribution of the plugs, there were only one side of the bed, the window cannot be opened completely. Keep in mind that the room is small, it doesn't even have a closet, just a few hangers to hang something, but taking into account that in El Chalten you are outside all day and you only go to the hotel to sleep, it is fine. Comfortable bed and pillows!
