Vivimos una experiencia horrible en la habitación, las ventanas eran de pésima calidad y se abrían solas con el viento a la noche! Vale recordar que en estas latitudes los vientos pueden superar los 150 km/h. Para peor, los vidrios de la ventana eran comunes (crudos), y por todo elemento de cierre había dos pasadores diminutos que no solamente no cerraban la ventana, sino que ya se encontraban desatornillados, la ventana se abría toda la noche sola, represnetando un peligro para nosotros por los vidrios que podían romperse, y entraba frío (cero grados...) Para colmo, el baño tenía olor a cloaca permanente, tenía un caño cloacal abierto directamente al ambiente... Y la cama era súper incómoda. Promocionan el hotel con las fotos exteriores y del hall que es fancy pero luego la infraestructrua de las habitaciones es muy pobre, las características constructivas no son acordes al clima patagónico. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Excelente atención, increible dedicación de todo el personal, especialmente Tiziana y de su dueño que con sus comidas increíbles y muy abundantes cerraban todos los días de la mejor manera. Muy buen asesoramiento en senderismo. Muy buena vista del Fitz Roy.

Very cute hotel with very easy access from the bus station in el Chalten. Close to several restaurants and amenities and with a very attentive and personal touch from the staff.
Nice little room a bit to renovate but with a charming touch. We enjoyed our stay.

Very old fashioned room, the bathroom needed a renovation. The heating system was really good,m for peak winter stays, there is a small gas heating system in each room but for some reason it was impossible to turn off in my room and it was not that pleasant with 15 degrees outside. No daily cleaning services.
Overall I saw very small care for the clients, being lactose intolerant I have asked if the breakfast includes dairy free alternatives as soon I checked in. The day after the indicated me some milk as lactose free when in reality it was just standard milk, just after starting drinking it a realized it when I had already ingested some. They actually had some almond milk in the kitchen that they showed up later on my complaints. No possibility to do breakfast box in a place where most of the people go to hike before 7am.
The reception staff speak good English and they do their best but they don't really have any local knowledge.

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much! Wonderful staff and ambience! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We had a tour that missed picking us up and they called them and made alternate arrangements.
Rooms were good size and very clean. Would stay here again!
