El Chalten Hotels with Gym

Me gustaría hacer una mención especial a todos los trabajadores del hotel, el trato ha sido excepcional, siempre ayudando y disponibles en cada momento. El spa maravilloso después de las largas caminatas. El desayuno delicioso y gracias también al asesoramiento para las rutas de montaña, es un plus que tiene el hotel. Hotel altamente recomendado y las vistas increíbles!! Mil gracias por hacer una estancia de 10.

Did not like. I feel like I overpaid and the hotel is not worth it. The rooms are old, although it is clear that in the past the hotel was good - a lot of wood. The staff is very nice, they told us everything, gave us directions, and booked a transfer for trekking to Rio Electrico. I didn't like the food. For that money, you could put fruit on the table, rather than a fruit salad made from scraps that had released their juice.

We were a group with 4 different reservations, part of the group was taken to another hotel, referenced to repair, gave quite different rooms.

We are incredibly happy with our 5nights stay at Poincenot! I had forgotten that we booked a twin bedroom so at check in, I was asking if they have a room with double beds instead, without really hoping for too much. The lady at reception actually went above and beyond, walked up and down & checked a few rooms for us, although in the end we needed to take the twin room which was fine. Breakfast was great everyday, not too much option but can get your morning going for sure. What I loved most was the housekeeping! They turned our bed down daily, kept our room nice and clean which was a joy to come back to after a long day hike. We put the twin beds together and the next day when we returned, they made it a double bed by adding some extra mattress, what a star! I would highly recommend this place - though it’s a bit of a walk from the bus station but you will be surrounded by restaurants and shops anyway.

Two bathrooms for each gender. Under the mountains for great views. My luggage didn’t get on the plane somehow but the receptionists at the hostel called many times so I got it the next day from rio to el Cheltan. Food was very good at the 24 hour restaurant and people who stay get a discount.

Good location; nice staff with 24 hours front desk that there is foreign currency exchange! Good breakfast. There is an excellent restaurant on the street just cross the hotel! The roast lamb and beef are delicious with friendly prices that compare with other nearby restaurants.

This hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.
