Somethings wrong , which is why i have to do my own review. We must have stayed in a different hotel. Firstly the staff from house keepers to the lovely lady who greeted us at Breakfast were so polite and helpful. As for the reception staff nothing to much trouble , no one behind the bar il be straight there to serve you sir. Our last day had problems with transfer. lad on reception took my phone because i was having problems spoke abruptly in spanish gave phone back to me and said all sorted sir. Lets mention cleanliness our rooms were cleaned spotless everyday if u left towls in bath they were replaced with clean ones. The breakfast was continental so what, that is what is advertised ,we were happy with what we had. To sum it all up we were that unhappy with the hotel and staff we have rebooked for october. Many Many thanks to all at the hotel Mr Davis & Murphy

Las 4 estrellas de este "hotel" se deben únicamente a los metros cuadrados que tiene, no por sus instalaciones, servicios y personal. Es casi como una pensión con delirios de hotel. El desayuno es propio de una cantina de estación medio avandonada. La habitación, con un mini bay vacío y apagado; las toallas que lo fueron en su día; las lúces de la habitación, mortecinas; se oye perfectamente el ruido del agua de la habitación contigua. Ya sabemos que en España las estrellas se dan según los metros cuadrados, no por la calidad y el servicio. La Generalitat debería hacer un favor al turismo de calidad, eliminando, al menos, dos estrellas a esta "pensión" con nombre de hotel.

Aunque está situado muy cerca del paseo marítimo para , hay muchísimos escalones. Eso sería perdonable si el desayuno fuera decente pero es básico aunque ellos le llaman desayuno continental es el peor que he visto en un hotel de cuatro estrellas. En cuanto al personal es muy poco amable y nada profesional.

After reading some reviews on here we were quite sceptical about staying here. However when we arrived there was a problem with the room we booked so were upgraded, the room was on the 7th floor, large and spotless with a very large balcony with spectacular views. We found the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant two nights stay.

I came here on holiday with my mother for 1 week. This hotel has all the services you could need: swimming pool, poolside bar, a terrace, a bar for refreshments and breakfast, hotel very close to the beach, private parking and free street parking. Near the hotel there are pharmacies, shops, pubs/bars, supermarkets, and at night it is still quiet and orderly. In the room we found it tidy and clean every day, there is a TV, fridge and a balcony with a sea view in all the rooms. EXTRAORDINARY staff, I have never met such kind and helpful employees as in this hotel. Many thanks in particular to Omar, young but extremely courteous and polite, but we thank all the people we interacted with, exquisite! There are certainly some aspects that could be improved, but I will definitely return and recommend it
