We liked that the hotel was quiet and clean. The stuff was nice and helpful. Good walk to the center of Calafate town (15-20 min) or a 5 min taxi ride. The room and breakfast room were bright and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Overall, the hotel was okay - it is in a good location & clean spaces. The hospitality of the staff I interacted with was poor; not friendly or helpful. One afternoon I was sitting in the lobby waiting for time to pass and I asked if I could get a coffee. The answer, “not possible.” Only items available were those in the refrigerator - good options if wanted something cold. All you can do is laugh. It’s not the biggest deal, but that kind of response was typical. Also not huge, but I think there are two charging areas in the rooms - one in sleeping area and one in bathroom. Doable just more coordination with a roommate needed. Breakfast is included, but I’d recommend walking into town for a good meal instead of staying at the hotel.

The location, breakfast and staff attention were the best. Excellent value for money. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the hours are flexible. They were kind enough to waive our late check-in fee due to a general strike in Argentina.

Location about 10 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants but in a quiet area which is good. Rooms are fine, a little tired. Breakfast I wouldn’t rate, few options for vegetarians unless you want to eat cake.

Friendly, nice hotel. About a 10 minute walk to the center of town - but they also have bikes the guests can use. We took advantage of the comfortable common area in the lobby for after-dinner card games and a last bottle of wine. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!
Great stay and very reasonable price! The breakfast was delicious and very friendly staff! The room was wonderfully equipped and comfortable, apart from the heating was on far too high so we had to sleep with the window open.
